It suddenly occurred to me that my birthday is in exactly 2 weeks time!
How time flies..I'm turning 18. People say 18th and 21st birthdays are special, But I seriusly doubt it is the case for me this year. Cos my pathetic birthday happens to fall on wednesday which is CCA day! And I'll be stuck in the performance theatre till night for perfect fifth rehearsal. Yup..it so happened that my birthday is a mere 2 days away from the concert. Such a no-life-bithday this year.
Which brings me to the point: Come support me at the VJC Perfect Fifth 2006! I promise it'll be much better than last year..cos we'll be playing famous songs like Love is Blue, Top of the World, Minuetto, Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head etc. Not forgetting our beloved Daniel Band who has already earned their reputation in VJ. The guys will definitely bring the entire PT down with their electrifying music. We also have diploma holder for classical guitar, Paul with his solo for concerto, and DSA guy gay Dun Hao with his Capricho Arabe. And of course, dearest Jasmine will be our emcee (: (:
Our Encore song rawks. It's the top among my favourites. But since it's the encore song, I can't tell you the title lolz. But it's super nice k trust me. And one last inportant thing, the concert programme booklet is brought to you by yours sincerely! I've spent more than 50hrs on that 10 over pages booklet k..from design to colour to font size to font type to pictures to write up..so, grab your ticket from me to get a copy of the concert booklet! What can you do for my birthday this year? (: (:
1) Make me happy by buying concert tickets from me (esp e soccer team pple ahem ahem)
2) Get me nike shoes
3) Get me a nice jacket
4) Get me a sling bag
5) Actually any present will do cos I really think it's the thought that counts (if you're coming for perfect fifth you're present-exempted, really!)
6) Send birthday wishes at 12 midnight..lol
7) Scream "happy birthday Jessie!!" over the phone/in school
8) Do something exceptionally nice and sweet, like lying for once that "Jessie you are so gorgeous"
9) Have a nice soccer team/muthu clan/salt shakers gathering
And Number 10..if you think you are unable to satisfy all that is mentioned above..GET ME A HUSBAND. I only have 14 days to make my way to ROM.
